On Monday night this week CHICKS were invited by the Lions Club of Plymouth to a skittles evening at the Plymouth Telecoms Social Club. The night was a fantastic success and CHICKS are very thankful to the wives and partners of the Lions Club members who ever so kindly donated £400. There was also a raffle on the evening which raised a further £64.

The night was organised after Mick, one of our fantastic regional fundraisers (on the left in the picture above,) gave a talk to the Lions Club a couple of weeks ago. As a result they were very keen to get involved. We must say a big thankyou to Jim Virgo from the Lions who organised the evening.

The killer skittles battle was eventually won by our very own Will Sparks, who mangaged to stick in there till the end.....just about!! Look at his great technique below.
