2013 CAMP DATES.....
To Refer a child on a CHICKS break in 2013 you will need to complete the New Referral Application Forms, including the 'Booking Request' section with preferred dates.
Please note all older versions of referral forms are no longer valid and will not be accepted. Alterations have been made to the forms which cover amendments made to our policies and procedures.
No bookings can be made without the Referral Application Forms.

As always the CHICKS Coordination Team will allocate spaces according to availability AND criteria so it is important to provide as much information as possible in order to enhance your applications. All successful breaks will be confirmed in writing.
Throughout May we will be running our Change for CHICKS campaign. We're asking all our supporters to encourage their friends, family and colleagues to donate their small change to CHICKS. More...
