In 2013 CHICKS aims to provide much needed respite breaks for 1,200 disadvantaged children. To do this, we need to raise £1.3 million.

There are several different ways you can support CHICKS and help us to achieve our goal. You can become a Memory Maker, Give in Celebration, make a one-off donation or leave a gift in your will.

Here's how your donations make a real difference to the children...

£5 could buy ice creams for two children to enjoy after a fun-filled day out

£10 could pay for a child to go climbing, a great activity which helps to rebuild their confidence.

£20 could pay for a child to ride a horse for the first time: a wonderful experience that they will remember forever.

£50 could provide five children with Memory Bags filled with photos, souvenirs to remind them of their break and a freepost envelope which means they can stay in touch with friends they made on camp

£100 could send a group splashing, sliding and swimming for the day at the local leisure centre

£200 could send a whole camp to an adventure park for the day giving them the opportunity to forget their worries and simply have fun!

£735 could pay for one child to benefit from a respite break at CHICKS, providing them with positive memories in an otherwise troubled childhood.
