Focus Training enjoy their Camel Trail Challenge
Focus training deliver training and apprenticeships throughout Devon and Cornwall to retail and hospitality employers and their employees. In total, 15 members of the staff including their 72 year old senior partner riding tandem, rode the popular Camel Trail, a 11 mile stretch from Wadebridge to Padstow raising £800 for the charity.
Jackie Lowrie, Business Development Manager, Focus Training said “we were looking for a charity to support and very much like what CHICKS does. Our aim for this sponsored cycle ride was to raise £800 which pays for one disadvantaged child to have a respite break. We are planning to continually support CHICKS in the future and our staff will be helping at their Teddy Bears Picnic in July which we are all very excited about”
Jo Westerman, Community Fundraiser says “we are thrilled to have Focus Training on board as one of our corporate partners and are extremely grateful to them for organizing such a great first event. We look forward to working with the team in the future and building a long standing charity partnership with them”.
