Making Memories… Giving Hope

Saints & sinners raise over £3000 at Delicious Kernow Trail!

Share

At the first ever Delicious Kernow Trail, held in and around Padstow on 21st May, runners dressed up, chowed down, and managed to raise an impressive £3164.24 for CHICKS!

The Delicious Trails are a series of food festivals on the run. Runners take on either 10 or 15 mile routes, stopping along the way to enjoy the best local produce around. This year was the first time the Trails had come to Cornwall, and over 150 runners took on the challenge.

Every run is fancy dress and the theme for the Kernow was 'Saints & Sinners' - and we were so impressed with the effort everybody made! The winner of the fancy dress competition was David Rampersad who dressed as St. Christopher (see the photo below).

The next event is the Delicious Drake's Trail in October, so don't miss out! Find out more information & sign up to the mailing list for updates here
