"9-year-old Olly is a young carer. Both of Olly’s parents suffer from mental health issues. He supports his mother, who suffers from fibromyalgia, split personality disorder and a number of other mental health issues. Olly’s mother doesn’t leave the house and is heavily dependent on him, constantly looking to him for reassurance.
"Olly had a lot of energy, but channelled it well via the activities, getting stuck into whatever was available to him. He particularly enjoyed climbing, which was his favorite activity of the week, exclaiming that “going through the cave was the best bit!”"
